The TruPunch 1000 features a working range of 50 in. x 80 in., punching speeds of up to 600 hits per minute and an automatic toolchanger. All-tool rotation, standard on all TRUMPF punching machines, results in reduced tooling requirements and better part quality. All current TRUMPF punching tool technologies have been adapted to the TruPunch 1000. For example, the Multishear can be used for high quality edging work, as well as the Multibend for bending, and the Multitool, in which up to 10 different punches can be integrated at one tool station. Tools for extrusions, threads and forming can also be used.
