FANUC FA America is to unveil CNC productivity innovations at IMTS 2012, Booth #S-8919. These include: new enhancements to Series 30i-MODEL B CNCs for 5-axis and high-speed, high accuracy machining, introduction of the new Power Motion i–MODEL A CNC for general industrial machines and introduction of the new iPendant for CNC for improved operability.

At the CMTS Automotive summit last fall, the person who made the most impact in the room wasn’t on the panel of speakers. Mazak has announced increased production levels at its facility in Florence, Kentucky. Fueled by the economic recovery, the company has experienced a steady increase in demand over the past nine months particularly after the IMTS Show in Chicago. Mazak projects monthly output of its Florence plant to reach 130 machine tools per month by the close of Q2 2011 and growing throughout the remainder of 2011.

Mazak has introduced the INTEGREX i-630V/50, a heavy-duty Multi-Tasking center that provides productive performance and full simultaneous 5-axis cutting to reduce throughput time for large parts of substantial complexity.

The N Series has been Mori Seiki’s best-selling series with 28,000 units sold since the release of the NV5000 in 2002. The X-Class machine has been designed as a result of thousands of users' feedback on the popular N Series.
