New grades and geometries for steel turning applications
Walter USA, LLC has announced Walter Valenite Tiger·tec Silver for turning - a combination of three new insert grades and four new geometries developed in parallel that can boost the productivity of steel turning applications by up to 75%.

Walter Valenite expands offering for Tigertec Silver
Walter Valenite introduces its latest breakthrough technology for milling of steel and cast iron. The new grade WKP35S uses a new CVD technology that for the first time provides the hardness (wear resistance) of CVD grades and the toughness (crack resistance) formerly realized only in PVD grades.
