Building its online presence is part of the company’s overall communications strategy to connect, share information and interact with the sheet metalworking community.

LVD Strippit introduces the ToolCell press brake system with integrated tool changer unit. ToolCell’s automated tool changing system reduces press brake set up time, maximizing throughput and efficiency for small to medium batch production. ToolCell was introduced at EuroBLECH this year.

Akron, NY – LVD Strippit, manufacturer of metalforming equipment, including turret punch presses, laser cutting machines, press brakes, shears, and CAD/CAM programming software, has announced additions to its Manufacturing management team.

LVD Strippit now offers expanded turret capacity for 20-ton models of Strippit V-Series punch presses. The Strippit V20-1225 and Strippit V20-1525 punch presses are now equipped with a newly designed 47-station turret featuring three standard 3.5 in. (88,9 mm) auto indexable stations and four standard 2 in. (50,8 mm) stations. The larger turret capacity provides flexibility and reduces set-up time.

LVD Strippit now offers the Vari-VEE V30-140 CNC adjustable Vee die for its complete range of PPEB and Easy-Form precision press brakes. The Vari-VEE V30-140 complements the company’s heavy-duty Vari-VEE option. This smaller version Vee die offers the benefits of a variable and adjustable bottom Vee die to a broader range of LVD Strippit press brake models from 320 to 1000 tons and up to 315 in. in length.

LVD Strippit now incorporates a new Energy Reduction System (ERS) into its Strippit VX-Series punch presses and PPEC series press brake products to tackle the issue of rising energy costs.

LVD Strippit now offers 35 to 50 ton configurations of its PPEC series of mid-range press brakes. PPEC press brakes combine a rugged, simple design and easy-to-use features to provide performance and value for forming applications.
