CHICAGO and PLANO, Texas – Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division and provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, has announced that Boeing, the world's leading aerospace company, has signed a new 10-year agreement to extend the use of Siemens PLM Software technology at both Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Defense Space and Security.

The CTMA announced late last week that the Province of Ontario is providing $900,000 in funding from Communities in Transition to reinstate the CTMA’s successful advanced software training program that mitigated training costs for the Ontario machine, tool, die and mould sector.
