Mazak Optonics has appointed Al Bohlen to the newly established position of National Sales Manager. Bohlen brings to the position over 25 years experience in customer service and support, applications engineering, product management and sales. His extensive professional career has been exclusively within the fabrication industry, including the laser cutting machine sector. Bohlen has been a laser cutting industry thought leader as author of numerous technical articles and as a presenter at laser symposiums worldwide.
As National Sales Manager for Mazak Optonics, Bohlen will oversee all aspects of outside sales in North America, including Canada and Mexico. He will manage and guide the activities of distributors, regional sales managers and the company’s outside sales team to further strengthen Mazak Optonics’ market share and grow new business.
