Bystronic breaks ground for new North American Headquarters

The ground breaking ceremony on Friday, January 21st, was attended by local Elgin town officials, local press as well as industry press. Bystronic will move it’s North American headquarters from Hauppauge, NY to Elgin, IL to provide a more central location in serving the North American market.

b_150_100_16777215_0___images_stories_Features2011_bystronicimageonly300dpi.jpgThe new location at 300 Airport Road will be a 48,300 square foot build-to suit building complete with a 10,000 sq.ft. office, a 14,000 sq.ft. show room and a 24,300 sq.ft. spare parts and logistics area. The new building will be the marketing, sales and training headquarters for North America. A grand opening celebration is planned for October of 2011.
