Locating rails make fixture building easier |

 Mitee-Bite has made fixture building easier and quicker with the addition of ready made locating rails.
Low carbon, precision ground rails are available in a number of sizes
and lengths to suit most applications. Mounting holes are installed and
socket head cap screws are included. Mill a slot in the fixture plate
to locate the rail and drill and tap the mounting holes. The height of
the rails can be adjusted by the depth of the slot. Steps can be
machined on the rails to hold the work piece above the fixture plate or
a radius can be machined to match the contour on machinable clamps for
irregular shape parts.
