 Gullco’s welding positioners improve productivity and weld quality with rotary ground and turntables complete with mounting flange for self-centering gripper, and tilt mechanisms, microprocessor based pulse width modulation motor controls.
Increasing efficiency for any project, the microprocessor motor control
enables operator interface of start, stop, clockwise rotation, neutral,
counter clock-wise rotation and infinitely variable control of the
speed, within the model. To make production on long work pieces easier
and faster a 2.5 in. through hole model is available. Table tilt is
manually set at any desired angle from 0 to 90°, quickly and easily.
