 The CV-305 industrial power source and LF-72 wire feeder from the Lincoln Electric Company of Canada Ltd., Toronto, ON have been grouped into a convenient Ready-Pak package making it easy to set up a complete and correctly configured welding system for superior performance on steel, stainless or aluminum.
The CV-305/LF-72 package delivers the power and performance general fabrication and high volume production welding shops require for working with common .035 in. and .045 in. electrode diameter MIG and flux-cored wire arc welding processes. The new CV-305 features reduced input current draw, requiring only 48 amps at 230 volts and a low 24 amps at 460 volts. The machine is rated at 315 amps, 32.6 volts at 100 percent duty cycle, with a full amperage range of 50 to 400 amps.
