 Gullco International Ltd., Newmarket, ON has introduced the new trackless Magnetic Moggy fillet welding carriage. With the ability to climb vertically and horizontally, the Magnetic Moggy offers low cost, highly efficient automation of fillet, lap and butt welding applications.
The Magnetic Moggy is ideal for Tee fillet welding where there is not enough room for the carriage to run along the horizontal plane. Available with either continuous travel or stitch weld control, the Magnetic Moggy can run along a vertical plane as the magnetic base clings to vertical member for out-of-position operation. Adjustable guide roll assemblies ensure accurate gun positioning while the Moggy carriage moves a precisely controlled speeds in both forward and reverse directions.
