 The Model 55100 JetMachining center from OMAX cuts complex flat parts out of materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, and composites directly from a CAD drawing or .DXF file.
The machine includes a number of standard features including X-Y table
with motorized Z-axis, pre-loaded linear bearings and precision ball
screws, rapid water level control for submerged cutting, and more. The
Model 55100 JetMachining center features a 600 lb. abrasive delivery
system. The system employs a "Compute First-Move Later" motion control
system including CAD/CAM software with online help.
