 The Technology Series TC-32B QT machining center from Brother offers fast, high-quality machining.
The Brother TC-32B offers a variety of new features such as axis
travels of 550mm in X, 400mm in Y, 615mm in Z and new PC-based
controller. In addition, the machine offers options such as high
pressure spindle through coolant, 26+1 ATC unit and a quick table that
rotates and positions in 3.4 seconds. As a result of these features,
the Brother TC-32B is no longer confined to light duty machining and
secondary operations and now rivals many larger machining centers.
Other “added value” features on the TC-32B QT include synchronized
tapping, which allows tapping at speeds of up to 8,000 rpm, tool to
tool times of .9 seconds, and chip to chip times of 2.0 seconds.
