 Strippit/LVD’s Global Pick-Sort is a high speed, high productivity Global 1225 30-ton CNC turret punch press combined with a robotic pick-sort system. The Global 1225 combines high production technologies to address the fabricating requirements of job shops and O.E.M.s around the world. Key features include large sheet processing capability, a 30-station turret with large auto-index capacity, and GE Fanuc CNC control. The machine processes workpieces up to 98.4 in. x 49.2 in. Working area capacity with one repositioning is 196.8 in. x 49.2 in. The punch press has an advanced hydraulic press drive optimized for high-speed operation. This advanced hydraulic system delivers up to 400 hits per minute on one in. centers and is capable of producing at 1,000 strokes per minute in continuous nibbling mode.
