 The Finn-Power C6 Compact Express adds unmanned operation to the C6 turret punch press versatility through highly compact load/unload automation.
The 20-station, 33 ton C6 servo hydraulic turret punch press has a new
axis actuation system based on direct drive, planetary gear and dual
ball screws. The working area without repositioning up to 120 in. and
material size 60 in. x 120 in. without repositioning. As a result of
digitally servo controlled ram, stroke speed and position are fully and
individually adjustable in both directions. Other benefits include the
availability of different punching modes (punch, slow punch,
downforming, marking). Finn-Power’ s servo hydraulic punching system
automates overload protection and provides the greatest flexibility for
all kinds of punching, forming and special applications, like wheel,
tapping etc.
