 Planit Solutions has announced the release of Edgecam 12.5 which delivers extensive new capabilities to many areas of the product, including ease-of-use, automation, mill-turn programming and integration with solid CAD systems.
For example, improvements to Edgecam’s automatic feature recognition
now allow for rapid model alignment and feature finding across multiple
faces in both milling and turning. In addition, the capabilities of
Edgecam Strategy Manager have now been extended to include programming
for mill-turn applications.
