 The HP-Series robots from Motoman Inc., West Carrollton, OH are dynamic, flexible six-axis manipulators that deliver HyperProductivity in a wide variety of applications.
These robots excell at a wide variety of applications including product transfer, packaging, case packing and palletizing. The HP6 and HP20 robots can be used for arc welding while the HP165 robot can be used for spot welding. HP-Series robots are controlled by Motoman's high-performance NX100 robot controller that builds on the company's Multiple Robot Control technology. Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) control provides high performance path accuracy and vibration control. Dynamic acceleration is based on payload, so cycle time is reduced. Programmable acceleration and deceleration eliminates approach points and reduces teaching time.
