 Lincoln Electric’s new cCell is ideal for small and medium parts that require no positioning or manual progressive processing.
This complete robotic welding workcell is equipped with a Fanuc 100iBe
Robot with mate control, compatible with Lincoln Electric’s Power Wave
F355, 455M, and 455M/STT inverter power sources. Lincoln Electric’s
Source One Control System means one power drop runs system completely.
Running as a fixed table two-station single load/unload welding cell,
this operator-friendly safety-fencing package comes equipped with an
interlock gate and two life guard doors. The new cCell eliminates
downtime during fixture changeover by running Station A during Station
B fixture changeout, providing safer robot programming. Its small
footprint reduces required floor space, perfect for small workplaces
aiming to utilize space efficiently. The cCell is CSA compliant.
