This system provides a 300x150x150 mm XYZ measurement range, and features joystick-controlled motorized stages and powerful, intuitive Measure-X metrology software for completely automated measurement. A precise motorized 6.5:1 zoom lens provides superior images, while optional lens attachments further expand the magnification range. Surface and profile illumination and a high-resolution color CCD camera yield high contrast, true-color images, while the optional patented 8 sector/6 ring white-LED SmartRing light allows variable light intensity, angle, and direction.
