 Motoman"s new ArcWorld 4000 series solutions are high-performance pre-engineered workcells that are ideal for welding small- to medium-size parts at medium to high volumes.
Fully integrated ArcWorld 4000 series workcells include one or two high-performance Motoman robots, dual high-speed servo headstock positioners, and workcell protection that meets ANSI/RIA R15.06-1999 safety standard requirements. Safety features include load station(s) interlocked with dual-channel safeguards, interlocked access doors on each side of the cell, safety fencing, and light curtains. The economical ArcWorld 4000 features a single six-axis EA1900 or UP20-6 welding robot, making it ideal for processing larger parts.
