 The Z-Nano from Blum LMT is designed to measure even the smallest, most delicate tools to less than 0.2mm in diameter.
The Z-Nano features precise linear movement, exact plus or minus 0.002mm parallelity between measuring face and mounting face and a minimal, torque-free 2.5 N measuring force. Automatic, constant data transmission to the machine control makes the Z-nano an important tool in process control, stopping the production of scrap before it begins. Z-Nano repeatability is plus or minus 0.5 µm and overall stroke is 10mm.
