 CML has introduced two new models of its ErcoBender three-axis CNC mandrel bending machine.
The machine’s compact extended bending head, provides three-axis
bending of tube or pipe up to three in. diameter for complex shapes and
profiles. It also features a carriage boost system for tight radii
applications. Smart card technology provides unlimited program memory
storage. The ErcoBender employs an operator friendly control which
features programmable mandrel positioning and retraction, internal
mandrel mist lubrication, independent clamp and die adjustment,
extended-length workholding collet system, DRO, and large-capacity
hydraulic reservoir.
