Cutting system delivers high quality |

 The Falcon Cutting System from ESAB Canada is designed for plasma, oxy-fuel or combined plasma and oxy-fuel cutting with a cutting capacity of up to 5.85 in.
All processes are controlled from an ESAB CNC system like the Vision
51. Extensive control functions, interfaces and an integrated cutting
database with 65 fixed programs deliver a high degree of reliable,
reproducible quality of cut-parts. The Falcon operates with a 100-200
amp plasma power source (ESP-101, ESP-150 or ESP-200) for plasma
cutting. The precise setting of the cutting torch height is achieved
automatically with initial height sensing and maintained by an arc
voltage height control during the cutting process ensuring optimum
cutting quality at all times. The Falcon can also be fitted with up to
two oxy-fuel cutting torches for cutting mild steel plates. Each tool
carriage is provided with a reliable automatic ignition device.
