 Mazak Laser's HyperGear 2D laser cutting system incorporates over 20 patented intelligent features designed to automatically provide the optimum setup, fastest cutting speeds for every material type and thickness, and maintenance notification, all without operator intervention.
Some of the HyperGear's intelligent functions include automatic torch
changer and automatic nozzle changer, plus automatic setup of focus
lens position, nozzle-to-material distance, and beam adjustments. The
machine also features a next generation, Nanosecond PREview 640 PC
control and Hyperlinear drives. The HyperGear also features an
intelligent maintenance notification system.
