 NTC America-Laser Group has recently introduced the TLZ Series of CO2 three-axis laser cutting machines.
The TLZ Series features a bridge-type rugged construction and new speed ranges that surpass the speed of conventional laser systems. The TLZ Series provides cutting rates of up to 1,575 in./131 fpm along with rapid traverse speeds of 3,937 in./328 fpm in the X and Y axes and 2,362 in./196 fpm for the Z axis. The laser's high speeds are kept in check with AC servo drive motors and a ball screw and linear ball guide mechanism for precise controlled movements.
