Coating maintains low absorption rate |

 American Torch Tip has introduced a new line of AR coating for their focusing lenses available for CO2 lasers. The coating maintains absorption rates as low as plus or minus .2%. The lowered absorption rate allows the lens to retain less heat which allows the optic to run cooler and reduce focal shift. The line is available in both Plano Convex and Meniscus style lenses for all focal sizes and edge thicknesses.
