 Landis has introduced an enhanced version of the Landis Cincinnati Viking CNC centerless grinder.
The new Viking SuperSeries II centerless grinder has a combination of advanced technology and user-driven features that makes it ideal for high production applications and for grinding a diverse range of materials and components. The Viking SuperSeries II incorporates the Landis 6400 CNC, a powerful and versatile PC-based, open-architecture control system that is hardware-independent. Other new features include digital servo controls which provide higher torque capability; an improved stub shaft design that facilitates easier grinding wheel spindle replacement.
