 TV90 milling cutters from Tyson are designed for the high speed milling of non-ferrous and plastic materials. The milling cutters can be used for edge and slot milling as well as axial plunge milling. They are ideal for deep cavity work and offers up to .500 in. depth of cut.
The TV90 milling cutters provide exceptionally high feed rates of over 200 ipm. The cutters" high positive geometry insert with wave shape topography eliminates edge build-up and provides efficient chip removal. The end mills are designed with coolant bore holes directed toward cutting edges.
