 Mitutoyo Canada Inc., Mississauga, ON (mitutoyo.ca) has introduced the Legex 322, the firm"s latest development in ultra high-accuracy CMM measurement. With a measuring range of (X) 300mm x (Y) 200mm x (Z) 200mm, the Legex 322 is ideally suited for inspection of high accuracy parts such as small molds and EDM workpieces.
The Legex 322 supports both the TP200 and TP7M probes, boasts 200mm.sec (vector) drive speed, and 520mm/sec2 (vector) acceleration. This new compact design Legex 322, in conjunction with the Mitutoyo MCOSMOS suite of software provides enhanced measuring capabilities and performance. Mitutoyo"s Legex 322 coordinate measuring machine provides extremely high accuracy of MPEE=(0.8+2L/1000)um (using TP7M) with a resolution of 0.01um. |
