 The Integrex e-1550V from Mazak joins the capabilities of a simultaneous five-axis machining center and CNC turning center in one machine.
As a result, the Integrex e-1550V accomplishes complete machining of large workpieces in a single setup through a 50 hp, 12,000-rpm milling spindle that can tilt 150? and a 50 hp, 300 rpm rotating table. Maximum workpiece dimensions are 78.7 x 56.7 in. maximum swing/turning diameter is 78.7 in. In addition to the machine's advanced multi-tasking capabilities, productivity is further enhanced by a standard two-pallet changer and 40-tool magazine/(with options of up to 330 tools available).
