TRUMPF’s TruLaser 2030 laser cutting machine is designed for fast, automated production.
The TruLaser 2030 combines an integral load and unload device with
high-speed laser cutting. The laser cutting machine can use compressed
air as an assist gas to cut steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel,
and aluminum and titanium. Air cutting is faster and more
cost-effective than cutting with oxygen and nitrogen and offers an edge
finish with much less oxidation than an oxygen-cut edge. Designed
specifically to run unattended, the TruLaser 2030 high-speed laser
cutting machine has integrated, compact load and unload capabilities
for automated production. The machine achieves optimal results in thin
gauge material up to half-inch-thick carbon steel. The flying optic
design achieves high processing speeds and consistent accuracy
independent of material weight. Optimal cut consistency is assured by
integral mounting of the laser resonator to the machine frame.
