 Melin has a wide variety of high performance carbide tools available. For example, the MVB spherical ball end features a 220∞ cutting radius. It is available with two or four flutes; standard and long length; and has a reduced neck diameter for undercutting.
The MVB is made with high performance carbide. The MVH (Melin variable helix) tool features a special helix geometry which reduces chatter and allows for increased speed and feed. Melin"s line of aluminum cutting end mills features two flutes for heavy stock removal with a chip load of .040 in. per tooth.
