 The AEX Series external Roll-a-Finish tools from Cogsdill burnish the outside diameter of cylindrical parts, such as shafts rotating in bushings or bearings.
The tools produce parts that are accurately sized, with fine surface finishes and work-hardened surfaces in seconds. AEX Series Roll-a-Finish tools cover a range of diameters from .062 in. to 2 in. They have replaceable shanks and shorter tool projection from the spindle as compared to previous designs.
