 ZOLLER has announced that its “redomatic” tool presetter and measuring machine is now available for tools with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL).
The “redomatic” machine features an integrated high performance heat-shrink system with 10KW capacity for 3-32 mm / 0.12 in.-1.26 in. shank diameter and 5-10 seconds heating time Due to new developments, ZOLLER is able to shrink tools to nominal length quickly, safely and with a repeating accuracy of 15 micron. During shrinking procedures, the MQL screw is situated in the lower shrinking field, whereas after the shrinking process, it is positioned at the shank end of the tool by means of ZOLLER’s “ASZA” automatic length adjustment device.
