Inserts provide high productivity machining |

 ISCAR has announced it has expanded the double-sided helical positive geometry inserts under the brand name HELIDO, comprised of families H600 UPFEED line, HELIDO 845, and HELIDO 490.
The HELIDO H600 UPFEED insert is designed for machining at high feed
rates (upfeed) of up to 3.5 mm per tooth. In essence, it is a high
feed insert on a standard 90° tool for high productivity milling. The
HELIDO H600 line features new double-sided inserts designed for
machining at high feed rates, providing six effective cutting edges. It
is a very economical solution using thick inserts and rigid clamping
for high feed performance.
