CMM enables flexible solution |

 Mitutoyo has introduced the MACH-V Series of in-line CMMs enabling flexible inspection solutions with high throughput, right where the products are made.
In designing the MACH-V, Mitutoyo engineers optimized the structural design using FEM analysis. This has allowed the machine to incorporate a very open structure, which enables many options for part load and unload. MACH-V achieves high throughput with traverse speeds of 866mm/s and maximum acceleration of 0.86G, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy (E=2.5 + 3.5L/1000um) at 20°C +1°K. The MACH V 9106 is currently available with a measuring range of 900mm (X), 1000mm (Y), 600mm (Z).
