Kennametal acquires specialist in alloy-based critical wear solutions
Latrobe, Pa. - Kennametal Inc. announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the Deloro Stellite Group from Duke Street Capital for approximately €277 million. The acquisition, which is expected to close in 60 to 90 days, remains subject to customary regulatory approval and negotiated conditions of closing. German automaker BMW to add 300 jobs through $900M expansion of South Carolina plant
